Video Series focuses on Tribal Nations

WON is excited to introduce the newest videos in our FirstNet in Washington State series! “Working for Tribal Nations”, “Engaging Tribal Nations”and “Connecting with Tribal Nations” all highlight the importance of interoperability in Washington’s (mostly rural) Tribal Nations and how dedicated our team is to including Tribal voices as we develop Washington’s state plan for FirstNet.   We are thankful to the tribal members who participated and to ATNI for allowing our production team to film at this years Winter Convention.


Tribal Nations by the Numbers

We are proud to be able to illustrate the economic contributions tribes make to the state and to rural communities with our newest infographic!  Tribal Nations by the Numbers is a work in progress.  We hope collect and refine data during outreach meetings with tribes.  Tribal Nations by the Numbers demonstrates the value of the relationship between tribes and rural communities and how important communications interoperability is to tribal and non-tribal responders and citizens.
